Situl este localizat la V de satul Mogoşeşti, fiind flancat la S de DJ 412 A, la E de gospodăriile sătenilor şi o râpă mai puţin pronunţată, la N de Lunca Argeşului, iar la V de o râpă adâncă ce separă acest promontoriu al terasei înalte (cca. 28 m) din dreapta Argeşului de un altul (cca. 31 m), care aparţine satului Varlaam, situat la aproximativ 50 m de Mogoşeşti. |
